our team processes orders monday through friday, with the aim of shipping out orders within one business day of purchase. all orders placed after 12 pm local time (+8 GMT) will be processed the next working day.
upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a notification email that provides you with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
orders within Singapore will ship free of charge via standard delivery and are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located. there is also an option for express delivery, orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days. additional costs will be displayed upon checkout.
currently, our products are available for shipping to Malaysia & Vietnam. the rate for shipping will be displayed at checkout and is based on location and availability of couriers. rest assured, we are working hard to expand our delivery network to more countries. stay tuned!
tracking & delivery
tracking & delivery information, if available, will be included in the shipping confirmation email. you will be able to follow your shipment throughout its journey with the link provided in your confirmation email. in the event that you need assistance with your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to help.
please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure address where the shipment can be delivered without complications. moreover, it is also the customer's responsibility to track their order, make arrangements for its delivery, and be present to accept the package, if needed.
customs, duties & taxes
all international orders may be subjected to custom and/or import duties, handling fees, VAT and/or taxes through customs upon arrival into your country. the fees imposed are solely determined by the customs agency within the destination country, Journeyman Goods has no control over such situations and cannot predict what they may be.
any fees of these charges and taxes imposed on the order must be fully paid by the recipient of the order and it will not be reimbursed by Journeyman Goods. we recommend to clarify such terms with your local customs office before placing an order, in order to not receive any unexpected charges. Journeyman Goods will not be responsible for any delayed packages due to customs clearance.
we will be in touch for instructions to collect your parcel in-person at the office if the courier has tried to deliver your parcel more than twice. alternatively, the parcel can be re-delivered at an additional charge of S$5.
