We understand that sometimes people have a change of mind after they have made a purchase. As a form of gratitude towards your unwavering support, we have decided to provide 100% exchange/returns. The following applies for receiving of wrong items/defective products as well.

The following conditions must be fulfilled to be eligible for the exchange/return:

  • Unused items in new condition with their original packaging
  • Items must be purchased in the last 7 days
  • Receipt or Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Item must be personally brought down to our office for inspection 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • Journeyman Good's decisions on returns and exchanges are final.

2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

We will get back to you within the next three working days.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Processing time is approximately 7 business days.
